Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flesh
2 green chillies
1/2 cup dried channa dal (dried chick peas)
2-3 tsp peanuts (optional)
salt to taste
For Seasoning:
dash hing/asafeteda
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/8 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black gram (optional)
6-8 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1. blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste, add little water for your consistency.
2. heat the oil, black gram, mustard, cumin, hing and lastly curry leaves
3. mix this to this paste
4. Enjoy with idly or dosa
