This is my basic attempt to provide small tips in cooking and home remedies for common problems you come across in daily life.
To retain nutrients
Steam veggies instead of boiling them.
To avoid browing apple
Apply a little lemon juice on the cut surface to refrain apples after cutting.
Smooth Roti
Mix Wheat Flour with few tsp of milk or curd/yogurt to make soft roti(Indian Bread).
Fluffy Omelet
Add 1 Tea Spoon of milk to One beaten egg to make fluffy omelet.
Handling non-stick cookware
Don't keep non-stick cookware in the dishwasher. It will erode and dry out the non-stick coating ie., surface.
Cure for smelly refrigeratorr
Baking soda, is the best one to absorb odours . Keep a open box in the interior corner of the fridge, where it won't be knocked over easily.
or keeping the piece of lemon in the fridge, sucks in odours.
Glow skin
Add tsp of oats pwder and few drops of lemon juice to the fine pineapple paste. Keep this face pack for 15-20 min and wash with luke warm water.
Remedies for hair loss
Almond and olive oil are good for massaging the scalp to increase hair growth.
For hair regrowth
Mix honey and egg yolk. Apply this on the scalp and leave it on for about half an hour.
Mouth Bad Breath
1. Gargle with a glass of warm water mixed with a drop of thyme oil or clove oil after meals.
2. Gargle with infusion of aniseed, sage leaves, Cinnamon, juniper berries or rosemary after meals.
Indigestion
1. Drink a glass of fresh coconut water just before meals.
2. Mix equal quantities of ginger juice and lemon juice and add salt to taste, drink before each meal for a weak.
