Veggie-Wrap

Veggie-Wrap, a delicious lunch box item or for a day-out to break the routine,  though the basic ingredients are mixed vegetables and green leaves. The wrap probably comes from California and Mexicans, Greeks have been eating wraps since 1900's.

Ingredients:
Tortilla- required numbers
Tahini sauce
Mint, coriander, lime, salt- paste
Cheddar cheese
mayonnaise(optional)
olives diced
onion thinly sliced
vegetable curry(carrot, beans& potato)
leaf salad

1. Warm the tortilla for 10sec in microwave
2. Spread the tahini sauce, then green paste to the tortilla
3. Add salad leaves, then mayonnaise over that
4. Spread desired quantity of olives, onions
5. Add Vegetable curry to it 
6. Roll it as a wrap shown above
7. Taste good when it is warm


try with different vegetables like beetroot, peas, bell pepper etc. for the curry or replace with chicken makes a chicken wrap.
