Dates Laddu

Fresh dates are generally found soft, simple sugars, rich in dietary fiber and prevents LDL cholestrol. This contains antioxiants called 'tannins', rich in vitamin A and excellent source of iron. So preseting here 'dates laddu' as my 50th receipe.





Preparation Time: 15min
Cook Time: 15-20 min
Cuisine: Indian
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup coconut powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp butter


Method:

1. Dry roast cashews and almonds and let them cool down.
2. Then grind nuts seperately or together.
3. Grind chopped dates to make smooth paste.
4. Mix nuts powder, dates paste, 1/4 cup coconut powder and cardamom powder throughly.
5. Now greece your hands with butter.
6. Make a round laddu of your size and roll it in coconut powder.
