Ingredients:
white button mushrooms -1box
green peas - 6tsp
Onion - 1 big one finely chopped
green chillies - 2 tsp finely chopped
tomatoes - 2 chopped
red chili powder - 1tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
salt to taste
coriander - 3-4 tsp chopped
cashew nut paste - 2tsp
Seasoning:
oil - 3 tsp
cumin - 1/2 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
cloves - 3
cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
ginger root - 1/2 inch finely chopped
garlic - 2 tsp finely chopped
curry leaves
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon stick, cloves, turmeric to it, let it fry for a while.
2. Now add ginger, garlic, curry leaves fry them for a minute.
3. Now add onions, green chillies to it and fry it.
4. Then add tomatoes to it keep the lid on for 2 min to cook.
5. Now add green peas and mushrooms to it, add salt and chili powder. Keep the lid on for a while and cook it for 3-4 min.
6. Then depending on the requirement add little water to it and cook again for couple of minutes.
7. Once it is cooked, lastly add garam masala, them add cashew nut paste to it.
8. Finally garnish with coriander.
9. Tastes good with rice or roti.
